In one of the most typical areas of the city of Lisbon, it was possible to extend a floor and redesign the roof in search of the fantastic view of the Tagus. The façade, blue and manganese tiles, stonework, metalwork on the balconies and carpentry on doors and shutters were all maintained.
The former resident who was born and lived there will return to the ground floor. The space has a new patio on the same level as the house and a modern interior.

The blue and manganese tiles on the façade were removed, recovered, selected and replicated to fill in the gaps.
They will return to the façade and restore all its splendor to the building on Travessa do Cabral, in Bica.
The masonry, stonework, tiles and partitions were rehabilitated, without neglecting the
anti-seismic structural reinforcement of the entire building.
