The Municipal Park of Cabeço de Montachique is a green space consisting of about 32 hectares. Our proposal insists on the deepening and harmonization between buildings and green spaces and open-air leisure facilities, which is contrary to the lack of integration of most existing buildings, as well as some sporting equipment. Parallel to the functional and technical improvement of the equipment, the idea of ​​"fusion" between nature and existing buildings was always present.

Whenever possible, natural and sustainable materials such as wood will be used to enclose some facades or walls, or the plant species themselves to cover the same walls or in landscaped roofs, or the engraving of the "animals of the park" in the various architectural elements. But it is important to emphasize that the proposal presented here still tries to value the architectural quality of existing buildings, in a risky but conscious critical analysis.
