[BIO]

With a career spanning nearly three decades, I have cultivated extensive and varied expertise in architectural project development, encompassing everything from initial feasibility analysis through to execution and construction.

My professional journey started in 1996 at the Piaget Institute, where I contributed to the study and development of school buildings. A pivotal moment in my career came in 1997 when I won an international competition to design and construct a vehicle for Expo 98 in Lisbon.

As a freelancer, I undertook projects for private clients, which led to an invitation from IPIMAR to develop a research laboratory, handling the project from its initial conception to the technical specifications tender.

As the founder of the Falanstério office, I have coordinated and executed numerous projects across Portugal, maintaining a strong on-site presence and adopting a comprehensive approach to all stages of the architectural process. This hands-on experience is enhanced by my collaboration with Saraiva + Associados since 2004, initially as a project manager and, since 2014, as a consultant specializing in large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Currently, as the lead architect at Atelier Falanstério, I provide strategic insight and a pragmatic approach that enables me to foresee challenges, manage budgets effectively, and ensure timely project delivery.
My leadership and negotiation skills, coupled with deep technical knowledge, have been consistently acknowledged by both clients and team members.
