Rising from the heritage of the former Portuguese Football Federation headquarters, a new hotel identity takes shape in the heart of Lisbon, in the beautiful district of Príncipe Real, merging local heritage with Numastays’ signature design and digital concept.
The international hospitality group Numastays is present across principal European metropolises and is characterized by the combination of a relaxed aesthetic and a fully automated spatial experience. The project guides the building’s adaptive reuse with precision and nuance, tailoring the existing structure to the demands of modern hospitality. The interior layout maximizes comfort and privacy while fostering a fluid atmosphere suited to modern city living.
The result is a hospitality destination defined by contemporary rhythm, subtle elegance, and spatial innovation.
