Conceived as a unified architectural intervention, this temporary-use apartment is organised around a circular hall that balances public and private areas.

Three distinct courtyard-like spaces establish different atmospheres and patterns of occupation, while a homogeneous palette of colours, textures and finishes creates material continuity and a coherent architectural identity.

Set within a deep spatial context, this apartment is conceived as a unified architectural intervention, shaped by a single gesture that establishes a fluid and contiguous relationship between its various spaces.

[A Continuous Spatial Experience]

The design seeks to create a coherent spatial sequence, where circulation and living areas are intrinsically connected, allowing the architecture to be experienced as a continuous whole rather than a collection of separate rooms.

The Circular Hall as a Spatial Threshold

This central element organises the domestic programme while establishing a clear relationship between the different functional zones.

At the heart of the project, the circular hall acts as a point of spatial balance, mediating between the private and public areas of the apartment.

From this point of convergence, three distinct spaces emerge, each conceived as an individual courtyard with its own character, atmosphere and potential for occupation, enriching the ways in which the apartment is experienced.

Material Continuity and Architectural Identity

The project’s sense of unity is reinforced through a homogeneous material language, defined by the colours, textures and finishes applied to walls, floors and bespoke furniture. Rather than relying on formal contrasts, the architectural expression emerges from the continuity of these surfaces and their interaction with light, space and use.

This restrained material approach establishes a consistent visual identity, strengthening the relationship between the different areas and giving the apartment a distinctive, coherent and timeless character.
